PROCESSING TIMES, POSTAGE AND PACKING
STANDARD ORDERS:
Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be packed and shipped. (Subject to availability, excludes shipping time).
UK: Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days after dispatch
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Deliveries outside the UK usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates are subject to your country's postal service. Any local taxes or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer - please check with your local customs office. If you require a tracked service, please select this during checkout or if this is not available for your location, please contact me for a quote.
Prints ship in a heavy weight postal tube, or a flat board backed envelope (subject to size of print)
Greeting cards ship in a flat cardboard envelope

SELECTING SHIPPING CHARGES
Customers will need to select the appropriate shipping option at check out based on the below:
UK orders which do not contain original art are shipped free of charge - please select “UK - Free Postage” during checkout
For international delivery, please select the appropriate postage depending on the items ordered; e.g. if your order contains ONLY greeting cards, please select "CARDS ONLY" or if your order contains original art work, please select "ORIGINAL ONLY"
If your order contains items across MULTIPLE categories, please select shipping for the category which carries the highest shipping cost
