These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not place an order on this Website.

1. Delivery Services and Charges

Mainland UK:

We use "Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard" as our default delivery option. Delivery charges are calculated based on product selection.  Customers must select the appropriate delivery charge at checkout, which should be determined by the products in their basket.

Options available are:

  • “UK - Cards Only”
  • “UK - Prints Only”
  • “UK - Print & Cards” (Any combination)
  • "UK - Original Art"

International Deliveries:

We offer worldwide delivery. We use Royal Mail International Standard as our default delivery option. If you require a tracked delivery service please contact us at hello@jeeamirza.com to request.

Customers must select the appropriate delivery charge at checkout, which should be determined by the products in their basket.

Options available are:

  • “Cards Only - International Standard”
  • “Prints Only - International Standard”
  • “Print & Cards - International Standard” (Any combination)
  • "Original Art - International Standard"

2. Payment methods

All payments are managed securely by our 3rd party e-commerce solution provider - Stripe. We do not store any payment / credit card information on this website.

All payments are calculated and payable in GBP.  For customers paying in other currencies, any non sterling currency charges levied by your bank / credit card provider will be payable by the customer.

3. Dispatch Times

Dispatch times will vary depending on each products availability. 

Giclée Fine Art prints which are printed to order will take a minimum of 10-15 days processing time before an order can be fulfilled.  You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.  For orders where products are in stock, we aim to dispatch products within 3 working days.

If you have a large or bespoke order please contact us at hello@jeeamirza.com.  When you contact us to discuss your requirements we will provide an an estimated delivery date along with adjusted delivery costs and provide information on how to make any required payments.

4. Packaging

We pay special care and attention when packing your items to ensure that they arrive safely and without damage.  

Large prints will be carefully rolled between sheets of archival glassine paper and placed inside a hardwearing tube which will be sealed at both ends.  Smaller prints and cards will be placed in cellophane wraps and shipped in protective board backed envelopes or  protective Jiffy envelopes.

5. Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item.

It is important that any unwanted item, unless faulty or damaged, is returned in a re-sealable condition. We would expect this to mean that you have kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is unmarked, undamaged and unused.

Where a product has been made to order or personalised for you, unless faulty or damaged, we are unable to provide a refund. See the "Return Policy" for a list of products that cannot be returned.

Where we agree to a refund, we will provide a full refund (excluding the delivery charge,) provided you return the full order. If you are only returning some of the items in your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

Cost of all return shipping will be payable by the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged)

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with the items you purchase from us.

If for any reason you find that the items are unsuitable, not as ordered or damaged in transit,  please contact us within 7 days to inform us. Please provide details of the issue and attach photographs of any damaged items.

We will work with you to remedy the situation and at our discretion we will:

a) replace or rectify the defect/damage/missing item once the item has been returned to us. Please see Exceptions and Exclusions.

b) We will offer a full or partial refund once the items has been returned to us. Please see Exceptions and Exclusions.

Please note in the event that you want to return items, you will need to contact us within 7 days and quote your order number and obtain a "Returns Authorisation Reference" (RAR). Please contact us at hello@jeeamirza.com.

For online purchases we will refund the standard delivery charge, provided you return the full order. If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items.

Cost of all return shipping will be payable by the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged)

International Returns

Please note that any refund that is agreed will be paid in sterling (GBP), and may therefore not equate exactly to the amount paid, owing to fluctuating exchange rates.

Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office.

Cost of all return shipping will be payable by the customer (unless the item is faulty or damaged)

Exceptions and Exclusions

  1. Returns will not be accepted for made to order,  printed to order or personalised items, unless deemed defective or damaged during transit.
  2. Items must be returned within 7 days of the customer being issued a Returns Authorisation Reference (RAR) by us.
  3. Items cannot be accepted for return without prior authorisation and without a valid  Returns Authorisation Reference (RAR).
  4. If unwanted items are returned to us in a non re-saleable condition a refund cannot be offered.  Please ensure all items are carefully packed and returned with all original packaging and labels and the product is unmarked, undamaged and unused.
  5. The Customer is responsible for the cost of all return shipping.  For valuable items please consider tracked / signed for shipping options.  We cannot be liable for any items that are returned to us that are not received.
  6. Where the customer is returning goods that have been damaged in transit, please retain proof of postage from your post office.  This will be required before we refund any shipping costs.
