SHIPPING COSTS

When purchasing original art - please only include original art in your basket during checkout. Any other items you wish to buy, should be purchased in a separate order where additional shipping costs will be applied. This allows us to correctly calculate shipping and insurance costs for your artwork. Original artwork will always be packed separately from other orders to ensure artwork is protected.

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK

Use care when handling artwork, surfaces are delicate and susceptible to abrasion
Do not hang watercolour paintings in direct sunlight or above a heat source. Frame under glass for optimal results

PROCESSING TIMES, POSTAGE AND PACKING

STANDARD ORDERS:

Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be packed and shipped. (Subject to availability, excludes shipping time).

UK: Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days after dispatch

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard. Deliveries outside the UK usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates are subject to your country's postal service. Any local taxes or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer - please check with your local customs office. If you require a tracked service, please select this during checkout or if this is not available for your location, please contact me for a quote.

Prints ship in a heavy weight postal tube, or a flat board backed envelope (subject to size of print)

For international delivery, please select the appropriate postage depending on the items ordered; e.g. if your order contains ONLY greeting cards, please select "CARDS ONLY" or if your order contains original art work, please select "ORIGINAL ONLY"

If your order contains items across MULTIPLE categories, please select shipping for the category which carries the highest shipping cost
